If you would like an opportunity to join us, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and organize our Human Resources initiatives.
As the Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to a small team of HR professionals, as well as to our corporate executive in all manners pertaining to Human Resources. You will be a well-versed human resources generalist, with management experience in Recruitment, Retention, Policy and Procedure administration, Employee Relations, Employment Standards and Regulations, and Total Rewards; as well as some functional experience in Payroll Administration.
As the successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. Possession of your MBA or SPHR designation is a plus. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources Management. Other traits associated with the successful candidate are the ability to make appropriate decisions and execute company policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally is required.
